It's taken from 4chan, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be well regarded. I wouldn't follow everything this thing says, just because hardly anyone has the discipline to follow the regimes they specify, but it's still a good set of go-to information if you want to learn a bit on how the body works and how you can improve yours.
