#18 How To Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup

A wikihow guide on how to avoid HFCS. In case you didn't know, this lab produced sugar alternative is in almost any and all pre-packaged goods out on the market. From bread to cereal to yogurt to ice cream and everything in between. The actual page lists out reasons to avoid it, but my general stance is that I don't want to put something in my system that is in literally anything I can think of. I'm all about eating naturally, as well as healthy. In case you're wondering, I'm also a fan of pure cane sugar sodas :)
